Set Court Date for Civil Traffic Citation

To proceed with scheduling a court date:


Fields marked * are mandatory.
  • Enter Date of Birth
  • Enter either Citation Number OR Driver’s License Number and State
  • Click Submit

    • OR
  • If Court Date was previously set and you would like to print a copy of the Notice for your records then enter Date of Birth, Citation Number and click Submit.
  • If the citation you enter cannot be located, please verify the citation number was entered correctly i.e. Zero (0) instead of O. For further assistance please visit the Clerk’s Online Resource ePortal at https://core.duvalclerk.com and enter the violator’s name to locate the citation number.
****PLEASE NOTE: When requesting a court date on multiple citations, you must enter the violator’s driver’s license number for all eligible citations to be displayed.
