Best Practices Excellence Awards

#YourDuvalClerk always strives to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible. Every year, during the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers summer meeting, each Clerk's Office is invited to demonstrate that they meet or exceed statewide benchmarks in service to our customers in a wide range of areas.

This year, our team was pleased to receive Best Practices Recognition of Excellence Awards in all 10 service categories offered ranging from appeals, to marriage licenses, to service for pro se litigants to name just a few. Yesterday Chris Douglas, Deputy Director of Strategic Improvement, accepted these awards on behalf of Clerk Phillips.

These awards would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of all members of our Clerk Family!

Awards Included: Appeals, Civil Contraband Forfeiture, Court Record Retention and Destruction, DOR Parenting Plan Fee Waivers, Determination of Indigency, Marriage License, Public Records Requests, Risk Protection Orders, Service of Documents by Clerks for Pro Se Litigants, and Vexatious Litigants
