The Florida Supreme Court recently entered Administrative Order 2023-1401 which amends several rules of the Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration. The order substantially revises Rule 2.525 regarding Electronic Filing. Of particular interest to filers is the revision of part (f) defining the reasons for a filing to be sent to the corrections queue. Beginning on July 1, except for the limited number of reasons articulated in the revised Rule, the Clerk is obligated by the Supreme Court to make all filings a part of the court docket.
