Isaiah Bing Superhero Day Returns

If you happened to be in the Duval County Courthouse today, you may have noticed a higher than usual number of superheroes roaming the halls. We would like to assure the public that there is no reason to be alarmed that Lex Luthor or the Joker is at large.

#YourDuvalClerk was honoring the memory of our beloved friend and colleague Isaiah Bing, who was tragically murdered in 2019. To know Isaiah was to love him and we miss him dearly. Isaiah was a huge fan of superheroes, especially Captain America. Today, in our finest comic attire, we help keep his presence alive here with us in the Courthouse.

In honor of Isaiah’s desire to always help those who need it most, we also collected baby sleepers and toiletries to donate to our friends at Isaiah 117 House Duval Co FL who provide physical and emotional support for children awaiting foster care placement.
