The City of Jacksonville has determined that it will transition Forsyth St. and Adams St. to two-way traffic from Jefferson St. to Liberty St. Construction will begin on Forsyth St. on Saturday, 2/22 and on Adams St. on Saturday, 3/1. While this work is ongoing, only one traffic lane and one side of street parking will be available on both streets.
Since this will likely result in increased traffic and more limited street parking in the vicinity of the Duval County Courthouse while the project takes places, #YourDuvalClerk recommends you plan accordingly if you need to visit the Courthouse.
For prospective jurors, the Courthouse Garage will remain unaffected by this road work and will remain available for your use during your service. However, you may want to give yourself extra time to get to the garage due to the road work.
