Operation Green Light

Operation Green Light is a special statewide initiative sponsored by the Florida Clerks which allows individuals who have overdue traffic tickets or criminal fees to pay in full while waiving the collections surcharge.

This year's event marks the 9th time the Duval Clerk's Office has hosted the program.
Hours of Operation
Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17 and then again from Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24. Operation Green Light will take place in person from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at both the Duval County Courthouse and the Clerk's Beaches Branch located at 1543 Atlantic Blvd. There will be special extended hours until 6:30 pm on Thursday, April 16 at the Duval County Courthouse location only.
No appointments are needed to participate. Those interested can simply walk in during program hours.

- Do participants need to do anything prior to coming in for Operation Green Light?
It will speed up the process if you obtain your driving license record to identify outstanding tickets that may be impacting your license. Participants can visit the FLHSMV's website to obtain their driver license check at services.flhsmv.gov/dlcheck/
- What fees will be waived as part of Operation Green Light?
The 30% collections surcharge will be waived as part of the program. All late fees associated with overdue tickets or fines are required by Florida Statute and must be paid.
